Durham Wildlife Trust is seeking three Membership Recruiters to strengthen its fundraising.

Members are the lifeblood of Durham Wildlife Trust. They ensure we have strong links with local communities, provide valuable income through their subscriptions and some go on to become volunteers. The Trust needs to continuously recruit new members and has been running a membership recruitment campaign for 12 years. Membership Recruiters are the core of this campaign. These fundraisers contact the public by calling on a door-to-door basis and speak briefly to the householder to discover if they have an interest in nature conservation. They then leave literature with those who express an interest and follow it up within a day or two. No selling is required and full training is given.
