Welcome to Northumbria Mammal Group. If you are interested in mammals and their conservation, then this could be for you!

Linked to the Wildlife Trusts North East and the Natural History Society of Northumbria, we are a small yet active group. We offer such as :

•  summer field meetings
•  mammal walks, talks and lectures
•  local surveys and participate in national ones

As a member you will receive:

•  a quarterly newsletter
•  an invitation to the AGM, where you can come and have your say
•  an opportunity to join in and get involved!

Membership is open to anybody who supports the aims of the Group, though you should be either already a member of the Wildlife Trust, the Natural History Society of Northumbria or the local badger or bat groups, or are happy to join one (or more!) of these. Our membership fees are £5.00 a year, or £2.50 for concessions.

If you would like to know more, would like to join or would simply like to tell us about your mammal sightings, please tel. Veronica Carnell on 0191 213 2647.
